Warranty Information
MATERIALS: Two year warranty on new system installations (30 days on repairs) on product or installation defects only. Excludes interior plumbing and pumps. First year parts and labor, Second year parts only.
LABOR :One year warranty on labor (30 days on repairs).
The seller hereby expressly disclaims all other warranties either expressed or implied
including any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of the goods and services described above. Purchasers shall not be entitled to recover from seller any consequential damages to property, loss of use, loss of time, loss or profits, or income, and any other incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: C.O.D. All accounts payable on completion of installation, repair, start-up, and/or winterization. If applicable by company orders: Billing fee of $10.00 will be applied. Late accounts subject to interest at 1.5% per month. Should collection proceedings be necessary, customer agrees to pay Ocean State Lawn Sprinkler, Inc. all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
